Instead of (player) blocking an enemy’s attack, the effect which reduce enemy’s defence by 84 only occurred when the enemy blocked the player’s attack.
This make a big different on the usefulness of this item. Since only some specific monsters in game have high block rate, which render this item totally useless. Please recheck if this is how it intends to be. Or this is just a mistake in the translation process.
