In resume, IMC almost never responded their emails or other ways of contact, so, as a company, they could never risk to bring a game where the Creators don’t respond their contacts
In the end, they said they can try to bring TOS again someday, but they care about their players and they know that if the creators have this problem to send a response, the game will fail

I can’t say much on behalf on LevelUP, but considering how many people were pleading to NOT go ahead with their plans, they had to decide which was better with their interests for better or for worse.
Hand the server rights off, have everyone in SA suffer by “one of if not the worst publishers in SA itself”
Manage the rights here, however deal with the trade-off that you’re as ignored as the rest of the iToS populace.
Lol I like how the majority of the Brazilian playerbase was calling LevelUp P2W and deceiving for years, yet they’re somehow suddenly trustworthy enough to tell a random player the truth on how the contract ended.

You make a very good point… LvlUp is well know in SA because they have f%/#%&d up games in the past.
Sadly, there are no decent publishers in this part of the world
how does that work?
when your whole countries gamers are summed up into 1 of the worst communities in the world, how does a game company get a reputation for being bad at hosting their games?
who is giving them that reputation? 1st world gamers playing games hosted for the worst gaming population in the world?
OR
do you think its probably more reasonable to believe that those ■■■■ gamers are giving this company its bad reputation?
