Okay, I’ve read you do need it and that you don’t… My question is, do you need SwordsmanC3 to unlock Shinobi? A lot of the builds I see online don’t have C3 as a prereq but from what I’ve read, you do need it. What is it?!
No Shinobi has no additional pre-reqs. As long as your are of the swordsman class, you’re latent ninja abilities can awaken at rank 7. But first, prove you worth and find the flower.
