In-game video capture is not working

Bug Description :
Video captures do not have video

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Press F12
  2. Press F12 again
  3. Open saved capture in ToS folder
  4. Video has sound but no video

just taking a shot here, when playing the video using win 10’s default player it doesn’t show the video just the audio like your case, but using windows media player or VLC, the recording is actually of good quality. there seems to be a compatibility issue with bandicam (?) and win 10’s player.
