Improving str/int for current and futur ranks

One of the major issue this game is starting to face with the introduction of trans system and ridiculous base damage increase on skills is the depreciation of str and in a less harsh way int.

Let’s be honest, between criting on a 8-12k skills and all you previous ones, and adding 500-800 damage to those instead, the choice is pretty much going dex heavy with some str if you want for block pen, high str only havig a use for pvp really against con stacking wizard (which would be nerfed by my suggestion which in all honesty is a much needed result) and clerics. Add trans into the mix that can easily make your weapon give 1k patk/matk (even close to 2k probably isn’t so hard with r8 weapons, and that’s only counting up to trans 4 for 100% damage increase) and really, str is just mostly dead when it comes to damage increase.

My suggestion is to rework pretty much every single damage skill in the game. Reduce the base damage by a large amount but introduce str/int and sometimes dex scaling, which increase per skill point investement like blessing for example (thus also making skill point investement and ranking up classes feel more worthy).
That would save str in the long run, nerf full con wizard by butchering the base damage of skills because of low or non existent int investement leading to lowish damage output (as they should) but higher if they invested in int and dex would still be a good stat offering utility, damage increase and defence mechanic all in one, and the obvious best path for some builds (fencers for example).
