Impossible to use vertical transport platforms in game

Date/Time and Location : 2017-03-15 7am

Description :

It is impossible to use in-game vertical transport platforms. Character is clipping through it. With this bug, it is impossible to get 100% map exploration, losing exp cards.

And yes, I already verified game cache and reinstalled the game.

I already opened a ticket for this bug.

Please fix it. Thank you!

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Go to a map that have a vertical transport platform (example Emmet Forest)

  2. Try to use it

happens in other transports too
The ferris wheel like on Seir Reinforest, the platform at downtown, and that one at emmet.

I guess other transport at some maps are bugged, too. Please kindly check, ty
