We get anything from 3~10 freezes of 10~30 seconds each in about an hour.
If we do CM, just in the time in there, we get usually 2~6 freezes.
It’s clear that the freezes happen when more players log in. Because when I play at 1am ~ 9am the game almost never freezes, like once in 3 hours (if it freezes, sometimes it doesn’t).
It’s been almost 3 weeks of this bs… when are you guys going to fix this? There has been already 2 attempts of fixing it but it’s still there.
I know it’s hard to find the problem, specially if the server is not local, but come on, almost 3 weeks? It’s like you guys doesn’t even care. For us players, it seems like you guys take 1 day of the week to TRY to fix it… but if it doesn’t, well, wait for next week losers.
we HONESTLY think that, people shout that all the time, anyone you talk in the city also says that. and I’m honestly starting to think this is true.
Date and Time(Please, specify the timezone) : 11am ~ 00:00 the freeze is worse in peak time, like 7pm… oh man… from 7pm ~ 10pm is almost impossible to play
