Importing your own character sounds?

Hey everyone. I was just wondering if there has been any comment or discussion on whether or not you can import your own character sounds into the game.

It’s most likely a bit early to speculate if we can do this or not. I’ve just been watching a few videos on TOS and I don’t really want my character to sound like an 8 year old Asian girl making sex noises…

All the other sounds I really enjoy.

I’ll be making a male character so this won’t be a huge problem for me. Would just be good to know.

When I saw this thread I suddenly imagine my character have a cat sound. :sparkles:

I dont know if i laugh or what, well anyway, you would have to wait for some answer from IMC, as far as i know modifying the game files could be considered against the Terms of Service or hacking, try to send an email to them asking about it.

Will probably have to wait until after downloading the game and then exploring the game folders. If there would be way, it’d probably be client side but yeah maybe it will work.

As far as i checked last time only the game bgm is visible, not sure other sound files, they could be packed into 1 file.

Im more worried about the fact you appear to know what that sounds like.

That makes sense, I’ve played many other games where they had multiple things such as images/icons or either sounds all packed into one thing. If that’s the way the game was created, then yeah people won’t be able to do any client-sided image/sound edits. Plus I don’t really know the rules about editing the game files at all, or what would be accepted or not.

@thebloodyaugust Well from the “videos” I’ve seen of 18-40 year p*** stars sound like children. I had to star out the p word because there seem to be a ton of children on the forums and I don’t want a ban…

I know right? But in all honesty, i didnt saw any female char sounding like that on the 1st iCBT, but who knows if they didnt modified something.
