If you already claimed the tomes on character A then you can’t give them to character B. You might be able to with team storage, but I doubt it.

If you can’t do it yourself why does it matter? Its untradable even in storage.
You can’t, Tried it with SP/STAT reset, Enchants and others untradeables …
