this is a known fact and issue that botters spam towns constantly nonstop flooding the chat and it never ends. the level 40 requirements for using shout is a good step but i wanted to suggest implementing a flood system. if a character and or bot constantly spams chat it would disable their chat for a certain amount of time. i think that is badly needed in this game. so i thought i would leave a suggestion. i hope you and imc feel the same way 
i think its even more need since some spammers are actually getting to 40 and using mega phones. kinda defeats the first step…sadly

I don’t know why suggestions just get ignored, while everyone discusses the whiny posts requesting a server wipe, or theorycraft “the death of the game”.
