As already suggested you’ll apply for the position on their website with a proper application and degree when the time has come.
If you are a superior engineer with successful experiences, worked for a major video game company, are fluent in english and korean, maybe they will pay attention.
But we are talking about IMC, you may fullfill every possible requirements and present yourself, they will just say no because you’re not korean xD, and it won’t matter even if you prove to be better than their employees because they are relatives, friends, etc… of the “manager” or “CEO” or whatever?
Like others have mentioned, this forums isn’t really the place to ask about the jobs. Especially considering where the staff members are working from.
Go to http://www.imc.co.kr/143967 (most recent job posting) and see if you meet any criteria to work on-site. There are a few other places that they have posted on such as http://www.gamejob.co.kr that you could probably find.
There have been scoutings for people to work for the steam TOS servers and the other foreign servers servicing (jp/cn etc) - at bare minimum you’d want to understand Hangul and at least 1 other language. I’m not sure how much help this is - but those sorts of places are where you want to look for working on the game, even if it becomes voluntary work.
