So most, if not ALL the major problems with the game right now are due to too many players.
Too many people logging in.
Too many people changing channel.
Too many people queuing for dungeons.
ect ect ect… it’s pretty much over crowding that’s the issue, on EVERY server.
ALL of us playing now, have paid in some way for a founder access.
We have paid for a service, for a limited time, until release.
IMC did not limit the number of sales on steam to match their server capacity.
IMC did not remove TOS founder pack from steam after they reached capacity.
IMC DID take all of our money.
IMC promised NO queues … a promise they knew would be broken after counting the founder DLC sales.
IMC “says” they did not expect soo many extra sales in the last week before founder release… BUT THEY ACTIVELY DID NOTHING TO PREVENT OR LIMIT THE POSSIBILITY OF IT HAPPENING.
If someone says one thing, but all of their actions (or inaction) produce the opposite result, we have to believe this was the actual intentional result.
IMC have NOT even talked about the possibility of:
Refunds of any kind
Founder access extension to make up for the unplayable days
Free TP to all players to compensate for wasted days of token dungeon access
Compensation to players who lost companions due to bugs
Compensation to players who lost items being sold on the action house when it crashed… or the money they paid to put it on sale
I have played many game launches over the years, but this is by far the worst I have EVER seen. Even worse then Diablo 3 and Guild wars 2.
I have a feeling something here affects my consumer rights.
I want to know what all the BETA periods were for, with this many SERIOUS bugs at launch.
I am an angry player, not a happy customer and not likely to ever look at anything involving IMC or linked companies in future.
The best IMC can do now, is apologise for EVERYTHING.
Extend the access period to make up for the unplayable days.
Reset or add days back to the tokens for each day the dungeon finder is broken.
Award free TP to all players, just like RIOT does, to show they mean it and to at least give us back some value for our time wasted.
