??? Cause we freaking paid real money and expect equal service???
You know instances resetting every 48 hours means that we’re paying for half of what was shown?

But is there anything that says after you transfer your real currency into IMC funny money that they have to provide something? There’s nothing that states after you do that they are obligated to provide you with anything. If you can find something let me know because I would love to shut down future debates about this but alas they have their moot little point as usual.
I suggested before to Staff Max that #1 priority should be paying customers right next to #2 being able to actually play the game for priority of fixes. But as stated that is expecting too much of IMC.
Oh I don’t know, token here seems to state 3x entries, which should be reset every 24 hours no?
But did you sign a legally binding contract somewhere that buying a token with your IMC funny money it had to work as advertised?
Do you even read your own posts? Do you enter a store and pay for $1000 worth of goods as advertised but leave empty handed ?
You basically are the second you turn $1000 into 100,000 TP or what ever. There’s nothing after that point which says you are obligated to get something which works or even anything. That’s why they are not in a rush to fix anything. This isn’t Amazon here which makes guarantees for your money and products. It is some obscure company hiding out in Korea that people throw money at and could shut down at any point without a care.
I need to contain my laughter. I have no other words.
Would it be even more funny if I said you should prolly send in a ticket about this issue?
This is just my opinion on your discussion and even then I don’t really support it being this way but somethings are just ■■■■■■ up in this world.
Personally I believe that the thing you’re purchasing is TP. They’re obligated to provide you the exact amount of TP you paid for. However the content that you can buy with TP they are allowed to change as they please.
When you intend to buy something for this game you’re always paying for the TP not for the costume or other stuff you spend your TP on.
That is why they technically aren’t obligated to provide you anything other than that.
As I said I only think it works this way and it was intented to work this way to be able to maximum rip-off gamers with the free to play genre. I think it shouldn’t and for that reason many companies want to provide more support for paying customers for sure but it isn’t required of them to do it.
There’s a reason why so many gaming companies can do questionable things and get away with it.
How is the drop system bugged? Pretty sure changes were intentional.
Change dailies to weeklies so I don’t have to suffer every day, thx.
I paid $$$ to RSI for Star Citizen but that doesn’t mean my say will directly influence any part of development.
You own IMC or something?
Oh please, if you sponsored Star Citizen you would have a say in development.
¯ \ _ (ツ)_/¯
I paid and my word is worth just as much as any nonpaying frequenter.
If I had to guess, I’d say the RNG aspect of the new drop system not working can either be a bug or intended. But it was a part of what IMC said the changes would be.
FYI the “paid for service” was referring to token benefits, not development of the game. Instances resetting is something that SHOULD be expected of any gaming environment that uses instances on a daily basis.
Bug fixing is an aspect of development. Your payment, and everyone elses payments, to IMC only constitute a necessity that IMC continue to be paid. The means of which would normally not have to be said but you make a lot of assumptions and your assumptions are incredible.
If IMC wants to continue being paid, they have to cater to the general playerbase don’t they? But this doesn’t mean they’ll look at any one opinion and present it as fact, they’ll look at everyones’ and they’ll make an informed decision on what should happen. It’s already obvious that bugs that exist in the game be fixed, but what’s the point in bitching if those bugs are already on the blotter, what’s the point in bitching if a bug happens to be a real pain in the ass to get rid of?
Not at this point when people just play their bugged game and don’t even give them the time of day for any input from developers or any other number of things these people actually do to shaft the community. That’s kinda the point here that despite everything people still come back and give them time or money expecting something yet there’s no obligation for them to even cater or provide any service other than receiving payments. Which in turn you’re not even obligated to play their game period and can just stop at any point.
Which is just all around stupid but that’s where we are at now.
Bringing in star citizen as an example as your point, not mine. And there was a misunderstanding right here, I’m not dissing on IMC, I am refering to how poorly handled the compensations were during these weeks of timed events.
Anyway, let’s just hope they do something soon yeah?
