I just moved back to USA from Korea and some things are different, so i saw that they are 2 different patches. Will it stay like that different? Or sometime they will be the same? Sorry for my english.

Im still curious about this, i see they anounced in ktos new pets, costumes, even gameplay, is the same for us but in some time late, or we will get diferent patches?

Well they made some statements about that in the meantime:
Statement #1: Codebase between kToS and iToS is different, so the updates will NOT be exactly the same.
Statement #2: They want to test class balance on kToS first and do adjustments until it’s perfect and only then merge the final reslt to iToS.
So it will never be identical to kToS but fully accepted balance updates will also come to iToS eventually.
