Ok, so i’m a 315 player, and i believe i have enough knowledge to open a discussion thread on which i want to tell my opinion on 315 weapon.
They are fine, they are hard to farm weapons which give a great amount of stats and are super powerful. They are perfect.
The problem is there is nothing else in a 100 lvl gap from 220 to 315 (yeah there are a few 270’s in the middle but, who even knows them).
The main problem on 315 weapons is simple: You either tryhard farm them and use your practonium for either purple or orange, or you are using 220 gear which you tryhard upgraded via transcend, anvils or high tier gems.
Also on the practonium aspect, as far as we all know, practoniums are gonna be limited 2 per character (since we all know a 2nd quest line was introduced yet not complete so far).
These 2 practoniums are either used as 2 purple recipes, or 1 orange recipe. If you choose to make 1 orange weapon 1 handed, you have the other hand with nothing you can use on your level range.
And the other option people are doing is have multiple characters at 317 and use their practonium for 1 main character. THIS IS LEGIT TOO TRYHARD TO BE ACCEPTABLE, AND THE REASON THEY DO IT IS CAUSE THERE ARE NO ALTERNATIVES!
Where are the White 315 weapons, or the blue 315 weapons. Go purple or go home, ths is so wrong.
One person with one character who uses for example 2 weapons (main hand and off hand) should be able to choose if he wants 1 orange weapon and a lower tier secondary or 2 purple weapons of his level range.
Right now if you create a orange weapon, you are left with a way lower weapon option, like, Karacha, Manamana or Didel, which are not bad cause they are also purple weapons, but they are way too far from 315 weapons.
If someone chooses to use his 2 practoniums for a orange 2 handed weapon, without making an alt 317 ofc, being a normal person, with 1 main character, they will have to farm all materials and everything with a lvl 220 weapon, which you need to enhance a lot and tryhard a lot to make it somewhat useful to deal with lvl 300 enemies.
So my question is simple, will there be 315 white and blue weapons? Via white weapon recipes, or quest line. A way to deal with your current enemies and not being forced to wait to choose for a Orange tier or Purple tier.
This would make the game more casual, which i guess you do not dislike, since people could easily follow a quest line without ending up raging at their computers because they are dying all the time.
Oh, and btw, the same with armor, there should be other options aside of Manahas mob farming every 30 minutes and camping, or Demon Lord slaying for Hasta armor.
THESE WHITE GEAR WOULDN’T NEED TO BE OP AS PURPLE OR ORANGE, it just needs to be a step between 220 and 315, a middle point, and not the choke point is it right now.
I know ToS is mostly controlled by KToS, but you really should talk about it with them, or whoever is in charge. Making white weapons, lower in base damage, or similar, with no extra stats, but something you can start using straight away which is better than 220 weapons and you don’t need to play exclusively 50+ hours just for it.
