Still waiting for the items from the DLC 1-1 i purchased 2 Weeks ago IMC, i know you are looking at the forums, you are boarderline stealing here.

I have and am still being kind enough to not ask for a refund

I want my items IMC, please do not add stealing money from your players to your list.

I have the confirmation email but never received the items, ANY of the items from the DLC

it was my 2nd purchase (for a different server)

I have checked EVERYTHING and it was sent to the right account, and nothing in the mail.

Have you checked your account on Steam?
On steam you can check if the pack was installed or not, take a look

Checked steam as well it is installed

Some people frauded a bunch of Exclusive Access copies a few weeks back, if your account was made after that happened then theres a chance they will put a hold on your TP and founders items for awhile

my account was made prior to that, purchased first one before that happend and purchased one after.
