Server Status has been stuck on 1 Green Bar every patch

Rarely 2 Bar Green(IMC doesn’t care) and Yellow Bar(IMC pleasure’s)

server was 5bars during march n april
and then the fire nation attacked
they close registeration on may
since then, server never saw more bars any more… (sea/silute still 2bar until nov)
