IMC, this event doesnt encourage new player, more like ALTs or even bots

please stop with this kind of event, this “invite a friend” event? and numerous previous event, lets say that past DA event? IT DOESNT ENCOURAGE NEW PLAYER

hell i saw a tons of ALTs shouting for CM or DG yesterday, yes it is ALT and a lot of obvious one because of their nickname

Rookies Saviour Event is more than enough to boost confident for new player (the real one ofc) it gave them hugeload of benefits already, (and it actually made bot progress faster, which is inevitable

and no, im not blaming those hardcore ToS player with hugeload of alts and multiple PC, so they can invite themself, because they invest their time in this game

but seriously shame on you if your true intension of this event are just to fake those “new player” number, because i can bet you that 99.99999999999% new account that created after this event is purely an ALTs not real new player.

Lets empower the bots once again, +11 trans 5 this time.

Could you guys suggest a way to encourage new players w/out encouraging bot users to use it?
Although you can’t take away the fact that bots will exist no matter hard you eliminate them, but at least, let’s be towards the development/advertisement of the game shall we?

Because this kind of sh*t doesn’t help at all it just makes matters worse.

They should of looked at how more successful games have implemented refer a friend systems.
They can work, and have worked for plenty of games, IMC just did a really sloppy job at implementing it, as per normal.

I disagree, I had two friends use the recruit a friend feature that got them into the game, and from the looks of it, probably long term.

It may be anecdotal, but in my experience its working as intended.

While I agree that many old players took advantage of the invite friend event, I can say that it actually did encourage new players.
I feel that there was a surge of new players from my country, I saw a lot of new people entering the discord/group to ask things about installing and starting the game. (and they keep playing till now, even some of them made a guild)
