IMC, the 115 Dungeon is too difficult

Okay so this is a slight QQ thread but at the same time I think my points are quite valid

The 115 dungeon is quite infamous for being stupid long and annoying.

My main problem with the dungeon is it requires kinda specific team compositions to clear the dungeon. And some of the tools needed are not yet accessible (most people in this dungeon is rank 4)

For example, my peltasta c3 has to repair twice every dungeon run from sheer number of mobs yet not have squire yet

Main complaints:

  1. Golden Bell Shield mobs makes long CD burst classes useless (cyro kino classes)

  2. Fire mobs, aka Flammidus heals from pyromancer spells, effectively neutering them for the couple points of the dungeon they are present

  3. if you die in the boss fight, you won’t make it in time to grab your cube
(This is stupid as in missions, they summon you back to the final boss when you finish it, yet why cant this be implemented in dungeons)

Well, you should be prepared for 145, the longest dungeon, 3 bosses

Also there’s 190 will be the one that will kill you the most.

115 is not even close to these dungeons lol

But being difficult isn’t the part that makes it more enjoyable?

A dungeon should be like that. Offer you trouble and problems, making more valuable to actually beat it.

And the flow is to get harder as it goes on (higher levels).

I’ve been to both, but at least in 190 dungeon you have your r6 skill set to deal with the mobs.

As for the 145 dungeon, yes its long but there are no random mobs immune to spells or immune to fire spells

The 145 dungeon also gives decent exp at least, so it’s worth the time doing them. It beats grinding in Demon Prison for me; for one, there’s no competition. The catch is that I only get to do this thrice a day.

I’d understand if the dungeons were optional or for challenge, but its quite required to run these dungeons for the exp.

Its not even a challenge

The game effective says “screw you” to pyros.

lol… find some diev class team up with you…

I do agree the dungeon is difficult but it’s by no means too difficult. What makes this dungeon difficult is bad players.

  1. CC chaining helps stun, caltrops. sleep or just don’t pull too many of them.

  2. Yeah this is a problem for pyromancer sadly. But you’re going to find a few mobs that give you trouble no matter what class you play

  3. This goes back to bad players imo. If someone dies in a dungeon I always try to wait. But yeah it is a long run back. If you get a group of people who will just hold the boss off its not bad.

I liked the increase in difficulty in dungeons. Makes me learn my class better. having repercussions for poor play is always good in a game, IMO.

If you don’t like difficult games , go play cell phone game then.

I find 130 to be harder in general. 145 is horrible if you don’t have many tools to combat airborne units. 190 is just hard.

It isn’t difficult, imho, just really annoying. That golden bell shield lasts far too much.

I never found it that difficult to be honest. Most people seem to hate it because not only it’s long but also “difficult”, but I never found it that horrible.
145 I can’t do it, I don’t have the patience, it’s just awful, but 115 I kind of like it.

I don’t think it’s too difficult, it’s just that it isn’t a walk in the park. It requires people to be careful about the mobs type, about not aggroing too many at the same time, and work as a real party. I like that. It makes it less boring and a bit more challenging.

Mm, haven’t had much problem with the 115 dungeon. Though, my character is a cleric class, so support’s always available. Class composition-wise, I’ve had a party where there were no real damage-dealing class outside of a Bokor and a Ranger, but we’ve managed to finish it without a lot of problems, albeit it was very slow.

But, I do agree, the 115 dungeon felt quite long, only did it twice before I reached 130 and never bothered with it again lol.

tbh i actually like that dungeon

I tanked the â– â– â– â–  out of it with my hybrid dex:str swordman

The boss isnt that hard

but its true it literally made pyro less effective vs flammidus but hey the other mob still get hit alot

Some good player will tend to hold the boss aggro at 1% hp and wait for the dead to arrive back so, its mentally up to what kind of player you meet

Its easy as piss, the only thing is that Pyro is held back significantly until they hit R5 and get another class to contribute well.
Not that it really matters since 5 people can literally just AA everything.

The only hard parts about this dungeon is a pure Pelt tank will get his gear eaten alive due to not adding enough DPS or CC. It may be hard on him/her if they’re taking too many hits.

As long as you have damage, the dungeon is tolerable. As for Pyros though, it makes sense.

IMC, people can’t decide whether the game’s too easy or hard.

I’ve skipped 115 on my initial way to 280 (which I completed), but recenlty I reached 115 with an alt, with a nice char - Elem, with arde, cafrisun, elemental chants, some attribs and stuff. But there was no heal and two swordsmen were really bad… never finished it.

So, maybe author has a point.

Also, as a side note - it’s fun how Siau missions get increasingly hard to find a party for with increasing level, while they are also being done SO MUCH faster.
