Not IMC, is still unresolved. It is so difficult so see my purchase history / steam payments and confirm that I BOUGHT and PAID TP bundle?

In the first ticket I sent all the information and I responded by asking if he had already been resolved. Sent OTHER ticket saying it was NOT resolved and sent ALL NEW data. It’s happened three times this in infinite loop. I just want to solve my problem soon.

I think maybe you guys are translating wrong or something. Please read whole thing, im not trying to be rude…

When i send tickets many times i include screenshots, then they tell me to reply again and include screenshots? I do this, then they tell me again to reply again and include screenshots -.-

In the OP example, They asked if it still persists, so he sent another message. Again they ask if it still persists. Then you come in and ask if it still persists. Are you guys trying different things each time or are you waiting it out til the system grants the TP?

I think you guys should say, “please give it X amount of time. If the issue still persists dont hesistate to contact us again.” This would reduce confusion.
