Imc support and persistent error(s)

I have been having error code 12 has more than 1 month, I command ticket, open topic and nothing from IMC to solve this problem, we already have so many problems in the game and when we think we have the solution a new error appears

I filmed the problem and it shows that it takes more than 5 minutes to be able to enter a dg queue or to see the shout of the game

  1. Do the same happen if you use a VPN?
  2. Do you know anyone from your region that can connect normally? (Checks if your ISP is the issue.)
  3. Are you playing over wifi or cable?
  4. Is your computer date/time correct?
  5. How’s your //ping?
  6. Did you try reinstalling the game and/or verifying game files?
  7. Did you try as last resort disabling your anti-virus and/or firewall temporarily before playing? (Remember to turn it back on.)
  8. Anything special happened before this started? (Like, installing a program or something?)
  9. Did you actually try calling your ISP to check the issue?
  10. Do the same happen on other servers?

for this bug I suggest you to use VPN, will work like a charm. Or you can keep reseting your modem to get new IP address.
