IMC Stance on Class Resets = NO

IMC stated that NO to Class Resets… Now it’s time to move on

  1. Do you have any plans to develop a class or rank reset potion?

A. Creating a character in TOS involves making choices about stats, skills, attributes, classes, and many other things. It is possible to revert a character’s entire state to what it was like the day before, for example, but rolling back their class or skills while maintaining the level and stats intact is not an easy task. We will, however, consider making it possible to give up class advancement quests to allow picking a different class.

They didn’t say no but rather said it is possible and MAY have class reset.

Lols. Keep dreaming buddy. People like you have requested those kind of reset potions in other MMOs but until now, they are still waiting.

Those who wants class resets, can go play on private servers of RO :slight_smile:

Lols. Re-read it completely. It is possible but do they have the resources to recode it? Other games doesn’t do this because it requires a lot of work and you think IMC has the time to do this with so much problems in the game?

Also, their statement is pure PR. If they are CONSIDERING IT, they should’ve said so but instead…

Here is one thing I don’t understand about this game.

It’s trying too hard to be like those old games.

While it’s fine for it to do that, it really needs to learn about the newer times and what people want nowadays.

The most common thing about today’s game age is that people value time and convienence, something that people had a lot of back then.

People still do now, but the problem with today’s day is that everything is slowly getting more rushed and rushed and as a result people will want the faster method.

Today’s age is no longer like how it was before. ToS is competing with a bunch of other games that have convienence options like this.

The only thing I see happening is they will eventually lose customers either way.

there is no need to dream, as soon as rank 8/ktos balance patch hit itos we will get a circle reset.
it’s inevitable, keep dreaming it won’t come tho.

I am neutral on this topic, but them announcing that it is possibility is != no. Might not be now. Might not ever come. But the only thing certain is it can go either way at this point.

I don’t know where you took that idea, if it will balance, why would need circle reset? And even if new classes would or will be added in certain Ranks, i don’t see the necessity for a circle reset, since that was the path you chose from beginning.

You just answered your ignorant question: It is POSSIBLE.

Having the resource is a different topic. The question is if there will be a class reset and they answered: Possibly, May, Perhaps, It can happen, etc. You choose which version of it you like.

They won’t outright say they won’t or will do because it is still a card they can use in the future. If they say no right now and change their stance later on, there will be a lot of complaints and hate. Take it as “we are still thinking about it”.

since the balace in ktos made some classes utterly useless, again, it’s inevitable that we will get a reset.
many skill got nerfed to the ground, same goes for some build.

but as i said, keep dreaming we won’t get a reset. np ^^

I swear in the amount of time the class reset supporters have spent campaigning for that pointless feature they could’ve leveled at least two characters to rank 7.
