DrRM greatly misunderstood the topic so the lulz exploded into a cry wolf session.
And now he’s trying to salvage his image/repution/decency/status for responding without thinking.
But yeah, I was noticing staff replying to fanvids and not other more important problems players were facing. Just wanted to bring it to light for the player base as many people are upset with the costume cash grab and dress-up event. Even people spending money on TP can’t even retrieve it, so what kinda service is IMC trying to provide here?

The very bots here i saw them 2 weeks later running at a higher level maps, 1 week later i saw them running wild in Lv 200+ maps.
Just so you know, it is not our job to do that kind of thing, their answer is always the same, we are looking into the player, we are looking into it.
They don’t ban if the char have at least one quest Title, otherwise many out there would be screwed.
They don’t take anything in this forums serious, their Weekly Q&A is proof of that, they take it from FB page instead of doing it here as many suggested, actually, who the ■■■■ bother with FB nowdays except to play Farmvile or share silly stuff?
They, GMs and STAFFs, are actually robots programmed by @hkkim . GM_Julie had managed to break free, but was soon rescheduled.
Soon they created @STAFF_Max, an unstable version, with a mocking humor.

Hell they even made a bloody official poll thread to let people choose what time they wanted for GVG and TBL 
Most of Brazil entered Daylight saving time, EUA leaves Daylight Saving time. GvG was 11 to 12 pm, is now 1 to 2 am.
It’s a new problem caused by a old problem.

I did knew about that, I just think 1 hour difference is too much of an insignificant problem…
why no one voted for another time then when they gave the choice to do so?_?

though I agree all servers using murica time is kind of dumb, each server should have it own local time (well as local as the majority of it player base is located)

I agree that it’s sad, specially when only half of the staff actually type back…
I would say hire Community Managers that only focus on separating the diamond from the dirt threads in General discussion and of course be more talkative with the community…
Sadly I know nothing of how IMC actually works all I can talk about is from past experience and self knowledge…
Yes, the forum is full of sh*t posts.
But whose job is it to watch the forum ?
Whose job is it to regularly check, clean, move, delete threads ?
Whose job is it to calm people down, stop them, warn them, ban them ?
Whose job is it to reply ?
IMC used to actually care, and the people were much more courteous. Chaos doesn’t come out of nowhere, IMC let the forum become like this.
They’re the ones with the real power to make it stop.
And the worst part is that the longer they wait, the more impossible it will be to clean this mess.
Yes, they’re definitely understaffed, but it’s not their clients’ fault.
IMC isn’t hiring more people, they aren’t addressing the issues, and they aren’t helping their clients.
That lack of staff has been going on since the very beginning. Seriously, in that many months they haven’t been able to hire some more people ?
All they do is multiply and spread their work but they don’t seem to hire new people…
