Where are the IMC Staff when it comes to responding to more critical issues, like players not being able to retrieve their TP, skill bugs, dungeon crashes, bot banning, etc…?
Why don’t you check out how fast they reply when the fanvids come out?

hmm staff responding to something outside the trash can section on a thread made by them and that constantly give that staff member notification of activity and threads that they are told to keep track…
instead of threads on the General Trash-Can where they have to find the threads through insults, copy/paste thread bullshit, general stuff and the fucking hue shit that makes you a joke…

I don’t know how you misinterpreted my thread.
I merely questioned why the staff was more active in the fanvids rather than addressing certain player issues, like bugs, crashes, TP retrieval (yes, I do help and not just lulz my way around here).

I did notice @GM_Francis “restricting” about 3-4 (?) bots reported last night though we’re not really sure if they’re really banned - only OP of those reports and/or players on those servers can confirm.
Nevertheless, I’m still annoyed by how RNG-ish they’re approaching this. There’s still tons of reports from months ago being ignored no matter how much you try to necro them for the staff’s attention.

DrRM greatly misunderstood the topic so the lulz exploded into a cry wolf session.
And now he’s trying to salvage his image/repution/decency/status for responding without thinking.
But yeah, I was noticing staff replying to fanvids and not other more important problems players were facing. Just wanted to bring it to light for the player base as many people are upset with the costume cash grab and dress-up event. Even people spending money on TP can’t even retrieve it, so what kinda service is IMC trying to provide here?
