Now that the game released new contents and classes , IMC should have kept this whole month a free reset month for all returning players and veterans alike. like 3x events per account. Most people are coming back now since free time from school and work and some missed the event for free resets and now have obsolete builds

Reasonable resets yes (if a huge change occured, changing a whole Class concept)
unreasonable resets in TP shop e.g. no, because people would just make use of it to level faster/farm faster and later on change to their desired builds.
That’s not an RPG, that’s a p2w mobile cancer game then.
IMO a better solution would be a test server that allows people to actually test things without risking to ruin their builds so easily, because there’s a lot of things that can’t be transfered (e.g. transcended items,attribute points,items which became untradeable,quested status points) and even with all these easy-leveling stuffs you can’t expect the average player to reroll every character x times;
they will lose interest at some point and just quit the game…

Because you my friend are so right about everything.It would be P2W and also that the best solution like you mention would be to have a test server.

Probably more like private servers. Like Ragnarok private server, minus the easier grind especially on higher rates. I used to play a high rate one with free resets, pvp was pretty damn fun coming up with all sorts of builds to mess with people.
And I remember how wrong you were about everything, especially with rank reset. 
I agree, people are getting spoiled with those resets and demands more and more of them. Meanwhile normally we shouldnt even have an option to reset.

Sure, especially then all hidden classes were broken for 2 weeks, i got a lot resets to make my build…

the problem is that imc changes classes with buffs/nerfs too often.
I reseted mostly only my main, tried different stuff, read the ktos notes, realize i have to go back to the drawing board the last day, still ■■■■ up one circle :whitepopo:
Yeah, IMC changes stuff too often, but so far they always gave us the opportunity to change our builds, so I don’t see the problem. I completely agree with @ReportofAusterity.

i think they should give some expirable reset to returning players, for example i’m returning soon but i missed the event so i’ll have lots of problems now :\
