Imc sell fake 60 days token

so i did buy 2 dlc pack with the 60 days token … use the first after 15 of playing … wait 58 days & took the other token so my trade could stack but nothing happen … so now im a token user for 60 other days but it did give me any trade at all !
i made a support ticket :slight_smile:

i dont remember how much trade give me my first 60 days token but my

i pay for both token in cash , it was both dlc prodduct i bought. i
pay for 2 time to get the higher price dlc & they both should have
the same effect

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. buy a first dlc & use the 60 day token

  2. wait for the 50% on dlc & buy a second 60 days token

3)use the first token & wait 58 day

  1. use the second thinking my trade will add up

I wasn’t aware that the red text in the f1 window actually changed when tokens were stacked. But if you mouse over the token icon under your HP bar, I know that trade number should increase to (old +30 or 60) depending what token you used.

The only accurate piece of information in that window is the token time remaining.

Also why did you post the screen shot here? IMC wanted a screenshot to better understand the issue you presented. You should repost that screenshot into the support post. Not flame IMC on the general discussion forums. Unless of course you wanted to discuss it with the rest of the players. If that’s the case see post above.

In general, support for MMOs is difficult in that they cannot directly access the player’s account/view, especially if you are logged in. So without screenshots, it can be hard to understand your problem.

Check the Token icon under your character window as rawrdinosaurs0 said. The F1 info just shows you what a token does in general. Also you screened the bottom of the red not the top, where the Token “benefit” thus the duration of your token is shown. In short: Your screenshot doesn’t show anything relevant to see if its a bug or not, which might doesn’t help with your report to IMC.

I had somewhat of a similar problem as you. Tickets are useless. They’ll make you wait 2 weeks and then reply with a “sorry, but we won’t help”.
I have never gotten as bad support as I’ve gotten here.
I’ll stick around for a little longer, farm ET, but IMC will never get a single cent from me ever again.

Your personal trade count has indeed been stacked on top of the amount of trades you had previously had. For example, you will have 45 trades if you had 15 trades remaining because the Token should have given you an additional 30.

However, the UI may not be showing the increase in trade counts past 30 due to a bug. We are looking into fixing this issue and I would like to apologize if you experienced any confusion with the UI.

Normally im defending the mods and IMC, but why do they answer cash related posts so fast and never even look at complaints/opinions or ideas in the forums?Im starting to think all that “crash grab company” propaganda might actually be true.

should have said so from the start instead of telling me that it will be fix but not telling me if i got my trade or not or if they will do something for me

What do you mean why do they never look at suggestions etc?

They have implemented some suggestions we make, just over on kToS and not here.

Also it’s much easier to solve issues that are not really game related but cash related, since it usually doesn’t require a dev’s help to do.

They even have staff max reading through our suggestions and more on Reddit too now.

Thats why they only use automated responses on MAYBE 1% (and im being generous) of the topics? Even if they do read our sugestions, they dont show it to us, they have 0 interaction in the forum when it comes to this, and here in a cash problem they actually gave a non automated answer like this one topic was more important.

I can agree with that somewhat.

I don’t really think a lot of the stuff they do is automated. GM responses tend be generic because they have to pretty much give the same reply to everything. Staff respond very rarely but IMC usually implements stuff that we suggest without really replying to topics.

I don’t think it’s a good thing and they should be more open and reply to things, but I don’t agree that they don’t look at our suggestions/etc. Its clear that their staff look around other communities, even twitch.
