Just put em in TP shop D:
You already have skill and stat reset there, so why not.
Or make some quest/line of quests - like Practo Box, where you can get one untradable class reset voucher per char. Or box, that randomly can give you class reset voucher (like Practo box).

Oooooooooooooooor just wait until adventure journal revamp and see if they’ll put rank resets in there (they mentioned something about this in the rank reset announcement) 
We would like to follow up on a notice made earlier this year regarding a few major revisions we have planned for Adventure Journal contents.
Permanent content will reward the player with Soul Crystals, Attribute Points, Skill and Stat Reset Potions, Rank Reset Vouchers and other items whenever a certain achievement is reached.
We will keep updated on the progress of any additional Adventure Journal changes through our News page for you
