well there’s an NPC that offers “Reset Items” for PP and Exo (once per day, max of 3 per character).
- This wasn’t mentioned in patch notes.

IMC just needs consistency and I guess test their patches before applying them. Also if they ninja edit they should at least mark the article as updated.

No no no IMC, you can’t just change that and say “Sorry”. You announced something you need to stick to it that’s normal standard company policies. That’s not the way, UNBELIEVABLE.

1st mistake:
It’s a basic highshcool error proof reading, that your management failed to do. Patch note’s been released for days and some players had planned things and been expecting 2 resets.
2nd mistake:
The way you handled this problem Instead of sending another batch of reset, you of course chose the easiest solution; editing the week old post. I understand that there may be different departments handling respective matters, but the least you could do is coordinate.

NO, There is no confusion.
On this exactly same patch, Ktos gave out 2 SETS of rank and stat vouchers to their players, and 3 MORE resets to PP and EXO.
Obiously, we, iTOS players, are less appreciated.
