Sorry for the bad english, but…
I opened a ticket and asked IMC to transfer 160TP of Founders Pack in my old char of Klaipedia Server to my new char in Silute. They accepted and 1 day later said the transfer was done. But until now no one TP Chest or TP come to my new Char and the ammount of the old char is gone.
IMC where is my 160 TP and why my tickets have no answer!?!?!?

I made a ticket about my tp doesnt be delivered to me after purchase, but the status goes to yellow and no one help me with my problem. The Support team just do not answear my tickets, and i await about a week for not even a notification about my problem.
Seems my money are lost as my itens goes. I promisse to myself never contribute with the tree of savior again. Im sad and im mad.
