IMC Lets Have A Talk About SA Server (Brazilian Community)

Well, we can see a lot of reports about SA server connection problems, lag/low fps, queue with 1000+ players to connect in the middle of the week, like a group of bees, we are posting here on the forum for the company IMC that is doing the management of the game to PLEASE solve the problems.

The fact is, its about 1 month that the problems are goin and becoming worst… with all day maintences, giving exp tomes, resets, WE DONT WANT THAT ALL, we dont want reset dungeons, we dont want tomes, we wanna a good server with stability and with safe connection for all the players on the SA area.

I had got the early acess and as a client im feeling totaly frustrated with the situation, about 30 days saying ‘‘we’re working on that’’ is no sense, its not becouse the number of players are growing that the situation is good… how big the community is bigger are the problems inside.

So please, listen that, you gonna see a massive disband and quit in the next weeks if the problem isnt solved… hope that topic may open the eyes about how hard its becoming.

I agree that we have problems, but I don’t think IMC wants us to have them, also, I don’t believe that is something so easy to solve instantly.
I wish to thank for each XP and Dungeon Reset Scrool that they gave us as “compensation” for those problems.

IMC we can’t hold it for much longer, make our SA server really playable ! For Real !!

i understand the frustration. i gave up on the SA Server and i’m playing into Klaipedia(orsomething), because its alot more stable.

However, i think IMC made pretty clear already that they are working on the issue and it’s quite clear that isn’t something that they can fix asap.
We are going to have to have patience or play something else and check back if they fixed it from time to time.

This thread won’t make a difference, they are already lookin into the issues.
I Understand how passionate players can be, but keep calm! They are doing what they can with the time they have.

To be honest, yes, the SA server is getting worse and worse, channels diyng, Channels are closing, characters are getting stuck on maps and we can not log in until the BMI do some maintenance. To make things worse, one of the few “solutions” we have is to use VPN and IMC answers our tickets saying that it is forbidden to use VPNs programs, ■■■■.

SA server is really unplayable, dont know what is happening, so i ll give them a chance and wait for a while, but if the situation doesnt really change in the near future, there is no way to keep playing.

Remove the queue to enter the server and add more channels.

Yeah,i want a good server with stability and with safe connection,but about the exp tomes or resets well,i think is better than receive nothing.

You are posting this. You do not represent us all.

Thats not true. We can connect now, better than before. Some still having problems, but some can connect without any problem at all. There is an evolution. If you can see that, than it is another matter.

I think again, you are “talking” for some people, not for everyone. But we are at beta. Some of us, knew we could experience some trouble.

But i know how brazilians think about this. We are accustomed to think only because we paid for something, we can not have any trouble.

But you are wrong. Things do not work like that. And you have to wait. And be patient.

CBT was a long time… its FREE TO PLAY OPEN, when i say WE ARE POSTING, it isnt true that are a lot of topics on the forum about the same thing? So pls… i recomend you to improve your text interpretation. About the problems, well, daily maintences with nothing solved, queues, lag in some specific times of the day. I totaly understand that you enjoy the company IMC but it wont help… im just giving a feedback about the REAL situation of the community.

Servers are getting better day by day, IMO.
I can only thank IMC for the free game and, still, not P2W.
I only wish the Market Works.

As much as I know your point I still think you should be more patient towards the problems we’re all experiencing.

While it’s true that we’re still getting some weird problems, the server’s stability is improving day by day. I’m mad as well since sometimes i’m forced to use a VPN to get out of a map ou a bugged channel(sometimes I can’t even do a dungeon without VPN, lol) but yeah… Things are improving. IMC isn’t just sitting there cause you know… It’s business. They are doing something, it will just take some time for everyone to notice.

This is true, the server day by day is worse, we are tired for IMC apologies about server situation, and nothing is improved.

IMC is so bad at aswering their comunity. They are ignoring their biggest server and people won’t take this for too long.

The only thing that we’re asking is for an actual playable game.

I think IMC should try to think in temporary solution while the full problem is not solved, i think they should put a button at character screen that makes he possible to teleport to any statue that he already had found when he can’t connect to the server or create another server like you had done at South East Asia, i think that will make the game playable by the moment
