is this normal ?
i have sent over 7 tickets speaking of the same technical issue and it just keeps going to
"in progress" for 4 months of silence or 5, i’m losing count.
What’s the problem? Maybe I, or someone else can help you.

In January I send a ticket for TP bundle I can’t claim and this ticket was “in progress” since that day, finally I post in a similar post in the forum and a GM help me with my TP, but the ticket is still in progress lol

There is still No News from imc regarding my ticket.
during a Maintenance of April or a maintenance of May, somehow in a way i don’t understand, imc’s maintenance Bugged a Piece of gear i own
"market/shop" “team” “trade” "and w/e else was the other option that i just forgot."
those are the 4 options available for an item when trading.
my gear had all 4 options, but after the maintenance imc made on a monday or maybe temporary maintenance ? i don’t know when exactly it happened.
but ever since then my item became character bound and it only has the option to be sold on Market, meaning i can’t trade it on my teamstorage with my other characters anymore.
i sent a ticket to imc and they asked me to send them the picture of the item. so i did.
and 3 months later they asked me ?when did this happen ?
i told them: "i don’t remember the exact date anymore"
and after that it’s been 4 or 5 months since my gear is bugged.
That does sound like a bug. What piece of gear was it, did you have a Token at the time of the Maintenance, and may I also see the screenshot?
