IMC ignoring tickets

thank IMC for Ignore my requests for help this is already the third ticket ignored, why when it comes to something serious you simply ignore the tickets?

I sent 2 tickets in the other day and they both got answered within a few hours. Maybe i just got lucky…

My first ticket ive ever sent took 15 days to answer though.

Gringe I’ve sent some of questions, and these form answered in less than two hours, however already lost characters and TP for errors account, and the tickets of those involved are never answered only ignored, one was deleted the next spent two months waiting answer until I gave up and created another account and now sent another that is already two weeks and nothing unanswered

well maybe you asked something that is clearly answered elsewhere. they tend to ignore tickets like that, it seems.

also policy questions seem to have low priority.

also, making a new account is really a “you did that” thing.

what were you asking them?

did not create a new account just open a new nickname on another server they spent two months without me to answer, and it was not an open case was about payment of dlc patch that were purchased for a fee and charged another higher value was asking for repayment of dlc or tranferencia tp for the nickname on another server already that they do not efeturam the tranferencia my account or sent me to want an answer to clarify

lol they answer me after 12hour but it’s the same what i have receive from other mail they sent me. It’s not really solving the problem

lemme see if i get it.

you created a new TEAM on a different SERVER, but on the same account.
you purchased a DLC pack, and it was not the same price as the first one
you sent in a ticket to complain, 2 months ago, and they did not respond.

that about right?

in that case:
2 months ago:
–there were only 3 DLC. each had a different price.
–you can only buy each DLC -once-, so of course any second DLC would have a different price.
–due to exploitation of Steam regional pricing, prices were all adjusted to essentially conform to the North American prices (give or take small differences in currency conversion.)
–all contents of a DLC pack apply -only- to the server it is on. items are non-transferable. if you wanted it on a different server, you should have claimed it on a different server. TP and Token effects are also on a per-server basis; if you use a token on one server, it only applies to characters on that server. if you purchase TP, it only exists on the server you claim it on.

they will not transfer anything.
