IMC - Help me stop my friends from quitting

Tree of Meta / Tree of Cooldowns / Tree of Bugs / Tree of Hackers.

smh

I agree with this too.

  1. They still haven’t banned a cheater that literally got caught using Hook64 and a known RMT aka SovietHammer.

  2. They keep releasing buggy patches without testing them first which causes more people to be frustrated.

  3. Every RMT counter-measure in the game does not counter RMT at all, but makes players frustrated. When you have a GM warp into Klaipedia and shout to gather up at the TP store and that said GM totally ignores the spam bots selling silver, it’s very telling of who those spam bots actually belongs to.

  4. This game ignores almost every single quality of life features that are standards to today’s mmos.

The worst part about all of this? It’s happening and happened on KTOS so they have no excuses for not learning from it since we get our patches LATER.

IMC has bad ownership and bad leaders.

Lol. A toast then to future prospects!

Hey I have to give praise, you actually managed to get a staff reply and by stating a clear criticism (mdef) got an actual one line point to deliver to the developers. Let’s see if this develops into any actual changes.

Some of this is flawed.

They wanted a 3 month early access which is ridiculous in every way. People rightfully complained about this. And then they gave us 3 options and stacked the most bonuses, gifts, and TP for the 1 month access (which seems to be what they wanted.) The 1 week early access didn’t even have more TP than the 1 month option(650 TP). Might as well get 3 more weeks with the same amount of TP right?

Maint point is that they shouldn’t have announced the game on March 26th if they were so many issues. Once you give a date, people will hold you to it.

You are right about r8, they should’ve focused on bugs and optimization instead of new content. Uet people were going crazy on the forums for r8.

If I was the Community Manager or the Production Manager, I would delay the release and communicate with the community that there is just too many bugs that still needs to be fixed before it’s released. I would also address all the issues and concerns that players have in a list. Not many players would object to that at all.

Your friends had seen the light OP, you should do it as well :sparkles:

That’s your problem you look at tone before content. Read what I write Yahmahio. Do you need to me dumb it down? tl;dr?

Edit:

tl;dr
I support an attribute for fireball to removed collision. Enchant fire is annoying and no one will disagree about QoL changes (yes that means me).

Emotional readers are emotional.

I read. Honestly after this:

I just lol’d. Inability to type my nickname, check.
Inability to not get triggered by forum posts, check.

I guess we’re done here mate. I’ve made my point and learned you are bad at doing the whole Forum thing.

Guess I’m not the one being dumb after all. lol

You’re tonal reading again.

Reading your “post edit” post after I post mine.
You do suck at forums right?

Can you stop now? I’m feeling embarrassed for you.

I figured you’d need a highlight of the quote. Since you’d just have your eyes glaze over after the first sentence. I’m trying to make my writing more accessible for you.

You could try to be smart less. :3
Cause It’s not working my friend. I don’t even understand why you’re replaying to me at all. You really got triggered, eh? Good job bait.

edit

Specially because you basically agree with us about Pyro even though you’re trying your best to not show that you agree 100% trying to act like the cool guy that knows stuff.

An object is best viewed when light in shown from many angles.

I agree with you.100%. It’s always better to prevent issues rather than rush and then have to fix them.

That would require people to do the testing. Since we know IMC is working on Wolfknights, there is noone to test this game. In the end, the players are forced into the tester role.
But one thing is still off here. How long does kTOS have R8 now? I do understand some rebalances have been made, but cant atleast the korean bugfixes be applied to our version on release?

They are extremely, extremely incompetent. Like, border-line mentally retarded.

put on hold release for bug check is one thing

imc have no clue how balancing work is another thing

tos will never be released as far as balancing is concerned…

…

still, i stand by my suggestion to have a high exp/silver/drop test server that reset a month or two months for clearing bugs and trial all balancing idea before implementing to real server

On topic.

I’ve seen this before in other games that have an Asia based server ahead of the English international version. The Asian language version might have something that was released that needs adjustment or fixing. The international version which is several months behind in terms of patches releases the same patch without addressing the problem that has already been identified and solved. Why do this? Are you trying to frustrate your player base for no reason?

What is worse is when the English version of the game releases patches and it has new bugs that players have to live with on top of the ones already known from the Asia version.

For tos, this is like the change to merc fed daily missions, increasing the level range of the party queue to 20. You know this is a problem don’t release the change without the bug fix or adjustment. It just makes your company look incompetent. But they did the same thing with the new late game maps so I guess imc should just be known for poor workmanship.

Side note, I am actually surprised people are not making fun of imc for their trump support?
