Feedback and Communication from the Staff Are Insufficient
From now on, we will have a regular Q&A time with the Dev Team based on the opinions from you, the users. Also, a CM will gather up questions raised on the forum and forward them to the Dev Team and provide our users with answers.
This is what you posted on May 27th. The new players wanting to get into the game have been begging you daily for some information about when the ban will be lifted. Yet you remain SILENT.

It is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS, that you cannot stop for 5 minutes and say ANYTHING. You wonder why everyone on the internet is talking bad about this game? It all stems from a complete and total lack of good PR. If you appeared to actually give a damn about your customers, current and NEW, and that appearance came from constant communication and positive changes, you would be receiving no where near the flack you get today.
Yet today I sit at my computer, wondering why I so desperately would want to play a game, and support a company, who so clearly does not care at all about us.
