IMC Doesn't want my money... Pepe cries

I would love to buy a TP bundle, but I’m not willing to do so if you don’t let me spend it for the current Halloween event
What do I have to do so that you get the option to remove the TP restriction?
First I get asked to wait 30 days, now I’m asked to wait another 30 days.
Would you please explain with more details what’s going on?
What can I do to speed up the process, buy the TP bundle on advance?
I’ve never seen a company that don’t want money. Is development funded by donations?
I’m tired of dealing with support tickets. Is there a phone number I can use to call this company?
Is the company even handled by human beings?
How long do I have to wait to spend my TP bundles?
I can’t even ask for a refund, what the hell?

I want to buy a TP bundle too, but nothing really interests me in TP store.
Really, i want to but TP to turn them into silver. And all there is for it is gacha boxes.
I can’t even p2w in this game, IMC pls halp me.

Gacha is fun, but I can’t even spend my bundles, why buy more?

If IMC wanted money character slots would be a tradable item. The fact that character slots are only for paying players means less are being bought. If you got character slots from a tradable consumable item then paying players would trade them to non paying players and although it would force less people to pay money, more money would be spent by those who do spend money.

IMC does everything to hurt players gain but it hurts them just as bad.

they claim TP limits are for accounts that dont spend money often

funny because i bought the $50 founders pack in beta and i have TP restriction

Why do I have a feeling that IMC is using this TP restriction because they don’t want to get sued when they suddenly shutdown the servers.

IMC also freaking increased the TP price on their store for SEA players!!! While losing players, they even make stupid moves like this.
