I still haven’t received my TP I bought on June 4th after MULTIPLE tickets I sent in. Also zero compensation. Literally just scammed me of money. Yes I’ve tried staying logged in all day. No, it doesn’t work. Yes, I realize you’re “working” on it. End result = scammed by IMC.

Making multiple tickets doesn’t actually make them reply faster but rather slower.
They should have the “reply” button on the ticket itself… I have nothing against IMC but their support is really bad…
