And I am browsing the forum more than you are according to numbers but all other ideas do ot get rid of the black market.
Tell me. What reasons do people have to buy silver from a 3rd party if they can get it for about the same cost directly ingame by legal means in any amounts they want?
If you do not want this at all then you have to shut down any means of trading together with the Auction House. This is what was done in Diablo and I would be fine with it but then again people need to be able to have self sufficient drops which will be a pain in an mmorpg with guilds.
As long as there is space for a black market it will always exist.
Another solution would be a direct trade in TP <-> Silver with some kind of stock market and have TP as fluid currency. But implementing this is by far more work at the moment.
