Imbalance of defence status in team battle League

I just realized this today, but, why the hell you would set physical defense to be more than double of the magic defense? not to mentioned that I am SPR>CON and the magic defense are still this sh!t.

You can’t block magic, you can’t really dodge it as well as they got all those CC skills as well, it is way easier to hit someone with magic then any physical attack and you set such a low magic defense. What’s wrong with you IMC…

It’s based on your characters stats/equipment afaik, only scaled to match level 200. What’s your stats outside of battle league?

if that’s the case, outside of the TBL, my magic defense is way higher than physical. there is no way my magic defence would be this low if they just scale it

I read in one of the forum posts that it doesn’t take Equipment base stats. Only the bonuses it gives.

even if that’s the case. it shouldn’t be such a great difference, as I am using cloths and my eq are those adding all status. it make no sense at all.

Only procs like poisons or burn and skill level increases (zega spear, venier, suncus maul) work. All other equipment stats are not used. Def/mdef/etc stats are replaced with “default equipment” stats.

that’s my point. why would they set the default magic defence to be that low in comparison with physical defence. It is just stupid

From what I know…
The default armor is plate.
You can see default item there.

No, it isnt … this defense status is for everyone, the only thing who change you magic defense is cloth mastery, but just a little.

they should have made 3 set of default based on what the character currently using, it is so stupid to make it all plate when physical is weak enough and magic being over powered
