I already sent in a ticket for the third time and I’m worried that they are not listening. I am just a new player and losing 200m silver is a lot to me, given the fact that 2/3 of my savings vanished just like that. It’s already tiring to farm and thinking that i can lose that much again anytime is not motivating me into playing this game anymore.

Silver returned to the Ceanothus’s market retrieve tab will be able to be withdrawn after a 24 hour wait period . Enchant Scroll Items returned to the Poppy’s market retrieve tab can be withdrawn immediately.
Yes, i’m aware of those. But the 11.7m silver on Ceanothus is from the staff she sold and got confiscated. They returned it to me as silver. But what i’m looking for right now is the ~189m silver they took straight from my team storage after the emergency maintenance. I did explain my situation well.
I’m not a fan of spamming the forums, but i guess that’s how things get done here. Can anyone else help me? My last ticket didn’t get any response yet where i stated my concerns very clearly.
You said things will get settled this maintenance but reading the others’ posts, i see there are still silver and items missing and some are still holding silvers that they don’t own.
I don’t even know if i should start my runs if i’m just going to lose silvers that i worked hard for any time. I’m very demotivated and starting to lose faith. Help?

They give silver to other players while i’m just asking for my silver to be returned. I even gave screenshots to back up my claims. Is this what you call balance of the economy?

Without even looking at the “before” screenshot, what ever happened to the 129m discrepancy in the “after”(260m became 131m). Just vanished? I didn’t even know i had 129m worth of market activity before logging in that day. And to take them away from me as a “deduction POSSIBLY due to silver bug abuse or excessive overpricing”. Are you just coming up with random numbers?
I didn’t know there was a problem with the market place before gathering silver in my storage. Sure, take away and restore the market activities before the problem. But i’m missing way too much that even the sales from my potion making got taken away. (edit: minor grammar fix)
Please IMC, i won’t even bother making long-ass novels if it doesn’t mean anything. And other players might think my loss is insignificant but it sure means a lot to a new player like me.

No I did not. When I logged in later that day I just saw my character sold a bunch of stuff, and not knowing the problem in the market I retrieved them and put in my team storage. Big mistake.
Update: They insist on telling me that they restored the silver already, but that 11.7m was just for the staff i sold. Not the silver they took from the team storage. I’m grateful and all for all the progress and their patience for this matter, considering my barrage of tickets. But I’m just so sad right now feeling that i’m not explaining this well.

I don’t know the specifics because they were just 350/380 gears with good or very nice stats and some upgraded gears. I use the market place a lot but i should have developed the habit of taking a screenshot of particular things. There are few thing i bought for reselling too. IIRC that staff was a nice 380 one with 3 green and 1 purple lines that i bought. Unfortunately, i messed it up and ended up with low potential.
i think you may have some items that may be mistaken as overpriced if that was the case ‘w’;;

a processed 380 won’t be that expensive if it’s here owO;
the period of the exploit is longer than the actual days it was recognized, i heard it could have dated back to a couple of months

Sold, two Magic Scrolls, by each 1.5 mil and one Primus Zvaigzde Staff sold by 13 mil
Both got 10% taxed each, 150k and 1.3 mil.
So that comes to earnings with 2.7 mil from Magic scrolls, and 11.7 mil from staff
The last trade with Zvaigzde Staff confirmed okay, the money 11.7 mil sent to Thaumaturge Ceanothus,
But the Enchant scroll however, taken money back and restored with item, magic scroll x 2 on Enchanter Poppy

So where was the 130m from that is missing from his team storage with no transaction?
If there is no withdrawal listed in the UI, that is clearly silver that was taken during the maintenance. You state that only a small number of things was part of an abnormal transaction from the market issue, so why did you take 130m at maintenance?
There are many others with this issue on Klaipeda, who have both lost silver from team storage, or gained silver on one character. The numbers are completely arbitrary.
Whoever is managing your data is not giving you correct information. They messed up. I have a similar job, where, if I messed up such a thing, I would lose my job.

That might be the case, that’s why i understand why you wanted to know what items and how much i was selling them… we have different price ceilings in our servers. And yes, i did not know there was a problem until i saw people shout about it the day before the maintenance, but it was too late. I shouldn’t have moved anything.
Thank you for going through the trouble of looking at the archives. These are correct. However, a couple of Magic, Rare and Unique armors and weapons that i listed a few days before got sold in the middle of the conflict. I also sold potions and hair accessories with enchant. In short, i had small transactions with a bit of everything. And i know that will take a lot of trouble to track each one of them. That’s why i’m not asking for them anymore to save some your time. I’m perfectly fine with that. I understand your support team is still flooded with similar problems.
What i’m more concerned about is this:
I just want the silver taken from my team storage back.
Sorry if i’m explaining things poorly. I’m not a native english speaker. And sorry for lashing out before. I was just really frustrated and sad.
I’m really thankful for you all for helping me, i hope this gets fixed soon.
