Just a random bitching/pointing out of an awful bug/PSA to those who don’t know. Warp scrolls from tp shop will wipe ALL of your buffs, even ones you paid money for from pardoners etc. This effectively makes them useless about 50% or more of the time unless you are a priest. That being the case, I would strongly recommend against buying this product or using them, as it will simply steal thousands of silver from you.
You should report that as a bug, unless it is specific in the item description that it will wipe off the buffs, but i doubt it was supposed to do that.
