Going Cryo sounds better than Pyro. There’s more CC and you Psychic Pressure is a Channel ability, so it will get interrupted if you get hit.
You can solve it by putting up barriers, such as Ice Wall from Cryo, or using Surecast from Wiz C2. Firewall just doesn’t block enemies from passing through it.
If you have a friend to help tank for you or cast safety wall though, the Pyro build has a faster power spike.
Also, Pyro and Cryo work very well together. You can cast Fireball and then Snowball. Snowball will gobble enemies and the Fireball, so the enemies take continual damage from the Fireball as you roll them around. It’s damage and CC in one package.
Overall, your Cryo combo sounds like a lot of fun and Cryo C3 does synergize very well with Ele. I’m not so sure about your Pyro combo.

That’s something to consider, i was doing pyro first cause I wanna use psy’s move that brings enemies together along with ele’s fb aoe plus it’s easier to get a mob an bang them with a meteor.

Anyhow, not sure Elementalist is any good in the first build. It has high cast-times, which is why the cookie cutter wizard builds right now are all wiz3-ele3 (for quick cast). If you’re going for a unique class-path though without having to be an effective build as well, then you’re definitely on the right track.
As said, you’ll want either that sweet quick cast, or some proper crowd control. Cryo does offer that with Ice Wall (not so much with Frost Pillar tbh, cause the mobs reach you with some of the hits despite the vacuuming effect), but for Kinos CC, you’d need too many circles to ever reach a proper Elementalist circle.
If you wanna mix basic elements I’d suggest Wiz+3 Cryo+2 Pyro ranks. Or perhaps throw a rank of Kino in there at some point for synergy with IceWall/FireBall, but there is no room for Ele on top of all that IMO.
