I’ve seen this done on other MMOs only to see this go wrong a few months after.
I have seen it too, however, the fact is they do not have GM’s that can address the issues on the fly like most big companies. The process of course will be stringent whether its a phone interview / a partial payment process / or what other means they deem neccessary for an individual to qualify.
Issue still stands, game has potential, it would be sad for it to end in a bad slate.
Considering that IMC is staying in house the chance of this happening is nearly zero. For it to be possible, IMC would have to configure another type of account with the permissions possible, and have accurate reporting, something that is done by your current admins and the bot reporting system.
Then the bot would make a new program to crash said bomb instigator for 24 hours.
I recall there was this one time me and another friend at bees was calling out one of the botters. Both of us crashed… twice ~__~
Use oracles to kill bots? They crash the channel and come back.
Give bots a capcha to solve? With IMC’s programming theyll probably find a way to crash the captcha lmao

If you ever played Blackdesert or DragomonHunter you will know that bots Bypass or type in the captcha themselves… not like a 2-5 numbercode is easy to break… Captchas worked when they were first introduced, by now almost every bot can figure them out - even the ones with “find Pictures with mountains” and so on… they work with google Pictures and scan for the given pictures within seconds.
Also there are bots in ToS that agree your duel declaration and more or less oneshot you

same, feels like almost 8 years ago at least. were you around when they released the “epic weapons” that cost like $250? ill never forget this, then they released fresh servers so people wouldnt have to deal with the epic weapons from the old servers. ive never seen a company ruin a game as bad as they have
if they only make the next map unlockable by doing certain quest then it can minimize this bot infestation where having. and if gm patrol 2-3 times a week it will help too
Just use atlantica online sistem, the longer you stay in 1 map, you got no drop, no exp
Bots would auto walk to the next map and walk back.
