I downloaded ToS and played it during Closed Beta. And I had noticed that I can update and run the game a day before it’s release for Open Beta. I was wondering if I still needed to buy the Founder’s Pack in order to play. Because it seems to me that I have full access to the game. Is this a bug, or is it a perk from helping with the Closed Beta?

Yes. Anyone can download the game. Paying lets you play it.
Still have to pay to get the early access.
Since you already had the client downloaded it updated itself, but you won’t be allowed to enter the game without a FP.
