Another thing to think about is on how will you get your Block pen and Crit attack from? it only comes from Str so in my opinion a full dex or Str build isn’t viable at all for end game content or even more PVP
highest Block rate monster i think is still Hogma at ET 1F,
my doppel has atleast 50STR and can penetrate those hogmas with ease. the case is different for archers though. as my SR have 630+ block pen and they still block like 3/10 chance.
so now we established that physical atk = can crit 1.5x, but affected by defense
critical atk = no 1.5x, but just happens when you crit, ignores defense.
how does elemental property damage factor and compare now?
is it can’t crit/but works off .50/1.5x on weak/strong against elements and doesn’t go off def or magic defense but elemental resistance?
