iCBT keys for "the exception/local server player"

is there a way to get a key for iCBT for player from the exception local server??
i dont care about local server, more like prefer english ver. international. i despise local server, just kinda dont want to.
please do tell if theres a way beside mentioned

I doubt you can, they said they will filter who already got a publisher from the international if im not wrong.

They are exception… So no.

You can put a english translation in your game if this is your problem.

The only way for you to play is to get a key from someone abroad who managed to get an extra key or what not.

You cant play in here if you got a publisher on your area, even with someone else account from here, its IP and region blocked, unless you pay a VPN service that will provide an IP from an area that is allowed, but depending on the service and the VPN server location, the latency might increase.

If you’re willing and able to work on getting yourself a vpn that will get you inside and endure the lag then you may actually be able to play. The only problem is that the account that you used to register for an iCBT2 key on the main site will be excluded from being given a key because your country already has a local publisher. So yeah these are the circumstances.

Yeah i forgot to mention that, since they will filter locations, and through steam they can define which region is allowed to download the game.

ah well cant really argue with it, hope the wait woth it.
just thinking the cons of local server was the content i which become too much spoiler if i might say IF the local publiser itself decice a different release each new content.

*really hope theres a worldwide content update even if theres different local/inter publiser

Register via proxy? :mushroom:

Dont work, and even if it did, his steam account is set to his region and the game might not be avaliable through steam.

proxy is such a pain in my area
low net speed/ping just got more slowerrrrr

He Could create a new steam on which his country isn’t… whatever it is currently?

Still need VPN or his IP will be recognized and be blocked same way. I changed once my steam to Canada and still cant access content allowed there neither send gifts from my account to a friend that live there. Its not that a simple thing, in all honesty, i dont think is somethng worth for only a month and that cant guarantee a stable connection.

Indeed nando is correct and that using a VPN would be the only way to get around this even through making a new steam account as the geolocation that your ip address gives off would be from your own country without the VPN, which explains how exactly they are able to determine those who will get the key and those who won’t. :v:
