i would like to thank you for all the hard work on resolving the issue in regards to the “commander load fail” errors. it only took you more than 24 hours to notice that there are these errors created by this commander of yours. i was a little upset when you decided to fix the error for 12 hours. but, oh boy, am i happy that you brought the commander back to life.THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

One suggestion though, when you don’t know how long it would take for you to fix some of these stuff, just LIE TO US. sometimes it feels like we are in a dark pit without light. at least some information would bring hope. EVEN IF IT’S A LIE.
