this is from my old game , 2 years before it around 15k people online at weekend ( 10k online at weekdays ) , 4 servers like us too (ASIA,US,RU,EU) , after many awesome update , fix , balance , …v…v… , this game getting more and more people , now they have around ~40k people at weekdays ( 50k-60k people at weekend ) …
i hope 1 day TOS will become like this too , but my hope is losing day after day
maybe when the game doesnt run on potato. you probably cant interact with npc if we have 50k players now due to the very bad coding.
Does it really matter? I mean, disregarding the fact that the amazon servers are not able to handle that much players.
The only thing that having that much would benefit the server is having more players queued up in dungeons the current MMO mentality is to roleplay as Kirito…
Back when there were plenty people questing, most of them refused my request for party, and we all know that partying up makes questing way faster…such a shame.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Nothing that I can do to change the current reality. I don’t suffer from lag on the server I play but I suppose the same can’t be said to SEA.

do u do any fps intensive content like tbl/gvg/et/world boss?
coz 50% of TOS content involve high fps spike and latency sensitive , maneuver like a ninja/rockman or something

Check ktos or jtos, I’m not saying their tos is better (actually it is damn) but at least they have competent staff.
You can’t have high numbers is your high people doesn’t care about their game.

TBL: Used to play it on my Chrono pre-R8 and even with my FPS getting cut by half, playing under 20~30 FPS is still bareable.
GvG: Used to be part of one of the strongest guilds of the server I play, quit it due to reasons. Against some guilds that like to force out FPS stuttering, it was a quite obnoxious experience.
ET: Not properly built for it…not even trying for now 
WB: I have done several times…until one day Rexipher channel crashed, it was a big turn down and I haven’t done it ever since.

180~250 ms, I’ve grown used to play under 500+ (Korean games) ms so this is nothing.

Have I disagreed at any moment? But I think different from you, I don’t ET because I’m not geared enough and I don’t WB because I barely have time for it, nor I feel like doing it. But I try to enjoy what is within my grasp, otherwise what’s the point playing?

I left Orsha after SA was sent back to NA, so I haven’t felt the feeling of losing a candy that it was just given to me.

Pft as if. No wonder the genre is dying…barely anyone wants to play willingly in a group nor chatting with others in a MMO world. It is rare to find the gems that do not follow this standard.

I would play it if the game was still just a pure grinding game with multiple class choices. Now I feel like it has turned into some kind of five donged tentacle monster which tries to shove it’s junk down your throat for money. It’s just disgusting.
And nobody’s fault other than IMC’s really. Even if they sold their soul to Nexon for content they have control over other things which they just continue to corrupt.

Sure, the way you described it sure does sound disgusting, and very obscene.
Though what we face on TOS is sadly the reality of the MMOs, at least in the F2P world.
Nah, some of them maintain healthy relationships with players and aren’t looking to have a one night affair with everyone. This company totally turned into a predator only seeking one thing since iCBT2. They throw out candy every so often trying to lure people into the van instead of just being your average gold digger.
I’d be down if they just wanted a casual relationship to mooch off me if they would put out more once in a while. But eventually after we’ve moved in together I don’t want them to go all crazy on me either. So it takes a certain amount of trust and they have not shown any of that.
