ohh hey its you i did made a new character and i did read the guides, the point of this post is. i wanna know which would be a better dps/offtank dragon that would excell in PVE and PVP.
i think of going pure PVE but when guildwars is comming i would become useless since my build is for PVE so i might ask for best possible paths towards dragoon for PVE and PVP.
You best bet for both would be Pel > Hop > Cata 3 > Dragoon
but you will never be as effective as a pure pve or pure pvp build.

no Hop c2? he wouldnt get Spear Lunge? i thought that was the heart of the damage in a Dragoon build.
im aiming for Pet > Hop c2 > Cor c2 > Dragoon personally if you’re curious TC. it probably isnt the most damaging of the routes but it does have Jolly Roger, and who doesnt love Jolly Roger?
he wants to pvp and pve, that’s the problem. Yeah your build works but you need to land a hook for it to actually deal damage on pvp
also dragoon doesn’t revolve around spear lunge…that’s why there are other builds that go well with it. for full pve yeah sure go with that
guess i need to look that up. i couldnt imagine going dragoon w.o that spear lunge attack. thats a huge chunk of damage :X
though i also say i cant exactly see the appeal in going Dragoon in pvp. or maybe its because a Sw c3 > cata c3 > dopple just sounds so much better than it to me . i guess it wouldnt be fun if there was only 1 viable pvp build in the game
