Want to tell you my situation ,
I was unfairly banned as a bot and after the upgrade 27/04, The only reason I thought is that I am user WTFast and I told the ticket. and I did not know that could not be used. I played in Orsha, made the claim corresponding support ticket , and I just get a generic email asking me the same data from the first claims , I made the claim again to inspect my logs and until today I did not respond and still get banned. They did not give me reasons why , or help to solve my problem.
To make matters worse , I have intentions to transfer my account to the server SA and today is the last day and do not get answers. I am disappointed attention to the user.
