Hello , I had already posted on several occasions forum about my transfer problem,
indeed the server I have created a guild with my templar, and I could not close it to make the transfer ,
even opening ticket and posting several times in the forum ( within the time ) was never answered or even helped ,
all my friends were transferred and I ended up in Orsha server alone,
understand that the transfer process several acc at the same time is difficult , but I ask you to help me .
I hope they fix your problem soon, but for now just be glad for not being in the SA server, its a ■■■■■■■ mess right now
they ignore the tickets, and offer not decent support to players if they continue this way vo give up this game!
I was about to make a new post about the very same issue, but seeing the necessity of increasing exposure and reducing spam I have decided to quote it under your post.
Dear IMC, I am making this post due to the fact that I have no more ideas of how to go about this. I made a ticket when the original transference to the new Silute server was announced, which was closed and deleted. My friends have successfully been transferred from the Orsha to Silute server, and I have been left behind.
Seeing this I sent a ticket right after the transference was completed, this second ticket has been left with no answer from the 4th of May until now. I am unsure how to proceed as none of the support tickets that I have sent have received an answer from the staff in nearly 2 weeks of waiting. Meanwhile my old leveling group is playing in the Silute server while my character is stuck in Orsha.
If anything I would at least appreciate an answer from the support team to know what has happened. So far my experience with your support has been abysmal to say the least, I have not had any contact throughout multiple tickets, not even a mention that the answer may take a while longer.
Is there still any hope for players who have not been transferred even though they applied for it within the time limits?

My issue was not exactly like yours. I did not have a guild open, but my transfer was not made and none of the following tickets have received any answer whatsoever.
